FLEXI is the web-based digital platform for a simple, clear and easy management of lists of foreign workers who are planning to work in Italy, updated in real time.
Currently, the management of lists on paper causes inefficient communications and problems with data updating.
The new digital platform allows to connect all interested actors thanks to interoperability criteria and applications cooperation tools.

The project aims are:

- to create a network between the Italian employment services and those of the foreign countries involved, so as to allow foreign citizens who wish to work in Italy to know in advance the work conditions, employment opportunities, and rules which govern life and work in Italy

- to allow Italian companies to search for professional profiles that they need and that might become available thanks to the migration process

- to encourage in a concrete way labour matching, even if at a distance, through the structured collaboration between the employment services of the countries involved
