Simplified procedures for the adoption and effective implementation of organisational and safety management models in small and medium-sized enterprises, identified by the Standing Consultative Commission for Health and Safety at Work, were implemented by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy Decree of 13 February 2014.
Specifically, the OiRA (on-line interactive Risk Assessment) is a tool designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, with the risk assessment process and in the identification of measures to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases.
A support tool aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises for risk assessment developed in accordance with the OiRA European prototype and specifically dedicated to the ‘Offices’ sector was implemented by Minister of Labour and Social Policy Decree of 23 May 2018.
