Annual leave

As an employee, you are entitled to paid leave each year for a minimum period of four weeks, two of which must be taken consecutively during the year of accrual.

The remaining two weeks may be used within 18 months of the end of the vesting year, unless your collective agreement provides otherwise.

This minimum amount of leave cannot be replaced by compensation for leave not taken, unless an employment relationship is being terminated.
